Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

We use trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

- DHL (primarily for international orders)
Carrier selection is based on destination, availability, and package specifications.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after the processing period.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal service, and customs procedures.
Please Note: International orders may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Delayed Shipments
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your shipment is late, please refer to your tracking number for updates and allow extra time for delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. This includes apartment or unit numbers where applicable.
If an incorrect address is submitted and not corrected immediately, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to reroute it.
