I bought "bundle set" but you didn't include one item(suncream). I wrote to you via WhatsApp and email and even i sent you a video as evidence but all you did is to ignore me and you never even bothered to compensate me. Your products are great but your customer care i can rate it 0% . How does it feel when a client paid fully for the products and you don't deliver everything, you remain with that item plus the money that was paid for ? Does it settle well with you? For client to buy your products they might have gone ups n downs to save that little money and buy ,but stepping on their efforts with no feelings that where it hurts most. I even commented on your FB page but still you removed me,this as evidence that i am a bother to you yet it was my rightfully item I paid for. You really disappointed me but I will leave it to God He only know my pain 😢
