Bad customer service. I placed an order for the 2× acne products but she only sent me one. I reached out to her as soon as I got my package on 9/4. She told me that she placed a replacement right away the next day. I wasn't provider any tracking information. It's 10/9, I haven't received my package. She is not refusing to pick up my call. I wanted to give a fellow African sister a chance with my business, but no. Jalia, I asked you to either refund half of my money since you only sent me 1 set of products instead of 2 or provide me with a tracking information. You haven't. I called you multiple times to inquire about this issues. For a business woman, you are unprofessional. I will never order from you again.

The product works on well on the dark spots but not on the breakouts.Now I have way more breakouts than before. I am going to try the acne face wash and see if it will help with the breakouts
