The Cream is great, but the belt isn't stable at one place especially after applying the cream, the belt keep moving upwards when seating and the top of belt is very loose due to the fact that the belt comes with only one main hook, if this belt had 2 hook theni think it could have been stable and not moving upwards when sitting.
