Tea Combo is a convenient 2-step herbal wellness tea system designed to support your weight management routine from morning to night. With a morning Body Tea and an evening Tummy Tea, this combo supports healthy digestion, helps reduce bloating, and complements a balanced lifestyle — all with 100% natural herbal ingredients and no artificial additives.
Morning Routine — Body Tea: Boil 1 cup (6–8 oz) of water. Place 1 Body Tea bag into the cup and steep for 5–7 minutes. Drink in the morning, preferably before eating. Supports healthy digestion and energy levels throughout the morning.

The tummy teabag doesn’t change colour when put in hot water and just has 11/12 on expiry. Doesn’t say which year it expires or expired. Last time l bought the tea the teabag changed the water’s colour but this one doesn’t. Sent email regarding this but no response at all.
I have been buying this tea from Jalia, but am disappointed in this kind of tea this time. I took it and didn’t make me go to the washroom at all unlike my previous purchases. I used very hot water and still the tea looks so white like nothing was in the water. Jalia’s tea has lost its value. Am very disappointed again after buying two packs.
