PRODUCT: this is my second purchase on the face wash, and I must say it have been good to me. My face is cleaner and brighter. I use the wash and the black spot remover cream and I’m very happy. However, on my first purchase, the face wash had a very yellow color like the picture, but my second purchase it’s more of a dark yellow or gold color. I don’t know if I should be alarm? But I have decided to trust the brand😊 COMMUNICATION: This might not be a thin for some, but it is for me. I am military(active) and I move around a lot. On my first order, the communication was great, I spoke with someone who updated me on my order and my order came really fast, talking like 4days and I had a free shipping. The seller really worked with me because I was going for training. I felt the clientele relationship. Now on my second order, I was in a different state for 3 weeks so I placed a order on a Friday and PAID for a 2-3 days shipping. Because of the weekend and the Monday being a holiday, I was expecting my order on the next Friday. That didn’t happen, it took 2weeks, my husband had to paid for another shipping to send the items to me because I had left. And within that 2 weeks, I called and texted but no answer nor reply. Wasn’t happy. That is the only reason it’s not a 5 star ⭐️.
